'Love it or Leave it': - Tommee Tippee Bottle and Food Warmer

19:20

My thoughts or greatest advice when having a baby is anything to make a mumma's life easier. So the Tommee Tippee Bottle and Food Warmer was an obvious choice for me!

Cost: between £8 - £12 depending on the store

It's really simple to use. You unscrew the bottle holder to reveal the flask, click open and pour. It retains heat really well, and doesn't leak. All the instructions are attached around the warmer, and once you get the knack of it, you can rip it off. Underneath is plain white with the logo on, pretty cute and simple looking.

Initially, I thought it would be a great idea. I can go anywhere and heat up Theo's bottles if need be! Let's go for a walk in the forest... BOOM... warm bottle... let's go to the beach... BOOM... warm bottle. You get my drift. However, right now, it's the middle of winter. And I'm scared of insects... so forests and beaches are a far cry from what I imagine my days to be!

In theory, the bottle warmer is a great idea but it's rare that I get an occasion where I really need to use it. In practise, most places that I go have access to hot water and a jug. And to add, it's heavy and super cumbersome. I can't find anywhere that it fits into neatly so it takes up a shed load of room in my nappy bag!

So would I suggest that it's an absolute must-have that you need to go out and get immediately? No! But it's fairly inexpensive, and if you don't fancy asking someone for hot water, you've got it to hand. It’s novelty more than life changing!
May be when I’m heating food, but even then I’m not sure…

It's a definite 'leave' for me. It would be useful if I decided to travel with my bubba, but I’m out of spare cash to do that. I’ve already bought a gold toilet seat, and a diamond encrusted head board.

So to conclude, it’s up to you! It doesn’t have poignancy in my life but could be if you’re out doing things that make it impossible to heat your baby’s milk or food…

The annoying thing is, I've already bought mine, so if anyone fancies taking it off my hands, they are more than welcome!
