A Wee Update

11:43

My son is nearly 9 months old.

I have a 9 month old son.

9 months ago, I gave birth to my son.

It doesn't matter what way I say it, time is flying by! I remember going to baby group, he was just 9 weeks old when I attended my first, and looking at these huge babies, sitting, talking, crawling,  not being able to see how my son would go from someone so vulnerable to a 20 pounder hollering in the next room! But he's there already. In all his gorgeousness! And it's been the best 9 months of my life

So where is Theo at,  right now?

He sits up perfectly, and knows how to get up from lying down.

He says mumma, dadda, babba and nanna. He sings to himself, and screeches too..

He eats everything put in front of him. Spinach, sweet potato, avocado, cod, salmon, peas, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries. You name it, he'll eat it!

He can't crawl, but rolls like nobody's business.

He's lost 4 lbs from his new found movements, weighing in at a whopping 20lbs.

He still obsesses over Mickey Mouse.

He's got two bottom teeth, no top ones to be seen. I have to say, I'm glad I'm not breastfeeding now!

He has two bottles a day, one in the morning and one at night. In between, he guzzles a mix of fruit and boiled water. This heat is a killer!

He touches his ear when he hears something he doesn't like, and constantly signs for milk, juice and food. One gesture for all, if I may add!

His hair is blonde and his eyes are brown. One out of two ain't bad! If he didn't look exactly like his dadda, I'd say he was the milkman's!

He's got an incredible sense of humour, with an intense stare, and the most amazing personality already.

I'm the luckiest woman alive.
